'Anxious' Victim Of Hairdresser Who Yanked His Penis, Aggressor Still Free

The 32-year-old teacher, who did not wish to be named who was attacked twice by his ex-boyfriend has been left 'anxious' to return to Birmingham city's Gay Village after the thug walked from court. Luke Lal yanked the victim's penis and 'punched' him in two separate attacks, but was spared jail both times. The victim was left with a painful laceration to his genitals following the first assault at his former home in Alcester Road, Moseley in January 2020. The wound had to be glued at hospital after the attack, which also saw him punched three times in the head.
