#FirstMajesticSilver sells $20 mil royalty portfolio to Metalla Royalty and Streaming

First Majestic #silver announced a deal this morning with Metalla Royalty and Streaming. Wherein First Majestic is selling a $20 million royalty portfolio on Mexican assets to Metalla in exchange for 4,168,056 Metalla shares at a deemed price of US$4.7984 per share.
