I have a 500 hr certificate under the yoga Alliance, with living in the self and am a certified yoga and meditation teacher.

I study and practice yoga and meditation daily.

I have worked with the local brain injury association to lead meditations for #braininjurysurvivors

I have led classes at other studios as well, but absolutely love to teach to brain injury survivors, or anyone with brain injury or limitations.
