Physically and most importantly mentally we need to slow down, and calm down the mind to recuperate and refocus, therefore surrounding yourself with the soothing sound of flowing or falling water can impact your mental and physical health in more ways than you would think.
Stress and anxiety have become a part of our daily lives and if we don’t take the time to find ways to relieve them, it starts to take a strain on both our mental and physical health.
So, when feeling stressed or overworked, it might be time to increase your concentration and this can be done as simply as listening to the sounds of flowing or falling water throughout your day for between three to five minutes at a time.
The sounds of flowing or falling water have been shown to increase productivity, and improve overall mood, and relaxation.
