"In February 2011 , I had an accident on Reunion Island.
I was attacked by a Shark and lost my left leg, which was subsequently amputated above the knee. The accident has had obvious ramifications on my life;
Now I have to live with this handicap, but the fact that the accident was almost fatal, that I came so close to dying, means that I now try to live life to the full and make the most of every single moment.
