American ex US marine and member of the Ukrainian International Legion spoke this November about corruption in Ukranian army:

â—¾He has witnessed first hand dirty deals with Western provided anti tank weapons, delivered secretively from van to van.

â—¾There was a generalised feeling these weapons were sold in the black market, and US officials on site acknowledged "low level" corruption.
