3626: The Boss Visits Taarak's Residence

The cab driver figures out that Taarak and Jethalal have been lying about their emergency so he gets angry and tells them to leave his car because he will not drive them to their destination. Taarak apologizes and then requests the cab driver to please drop him to Gokuldham otherwise he will end up getting fired from his job. The cab driver adamantly refuses to listen to Taarak. Abdul tries to engage the boss by telling him to fill up some irrelevant information in the register book. The boss leaves the society office and figures out that he is near Taarak's house. Now, the Tappu Sena greets the boss and challenges him to play cricket. The boss gets engrossed in the game but later something reminds him about visiting Taarak and this time with no mistake he reaches his destination. Stay tuned to know if Taarak's boss discovers his dishonesty.

The show is inspired by the famous humorous column 'Duniya Ne Undha Chasma' by the eminent Gujarati writer Mr. Tarak Mehta. This story evolves around happenings in "Gokuldham Co-operative Society" and covers topical issues that are socially relevant. The show predominantly revolves around 'Jethalaal' (Dilip Joshi), an uneducated Gujarati businessman. Your 'Taarak Mehta' (Sachin Shroff), is his neighbor. 'Jethalaal' finds a friend and philosopher in 'Taarak Mehta' and often goes to him for advice whenever he is in trouble. Jethalaal's family includes his simpleton wife 'Daya Ben' (Disha Wakani) and a mischievous son 'Tapu' (Raj Anankat). Tapu is a menace and a constant source of trouble to all the members of Gokuldham. They have often warned 'Jethalaal' to reform 'Tapu' or else be prepared to leave the premises.
