Our Honorable guest for today is Dr Gabrielle Fundaro also known as VitaminPhD on IG.
For her clients, Dr. Fundaro combines knowledge in the field of nutrition with motivational techniques to support internal motivation and behavioral changes for long-term changes and a healthy lifestyle. She believes in the importance of a plant-based diet combined with regular physical activity that we enjoy and also in cognitive exercise as part of a long-term sustainable lifestyle free from chronic dieting. In her work with clients with digestive problems, Dr. Fundaro uses a practical and personalized approach based on scientifically based information to adjust diet and lifestyle factors, which subsequently contribute to improving digestive comfort. She teaches courses in nutrition in the context of physical performance and health, physiology and metabolism of life. Furthermore, she also brings science-based information to international seminars, podcasts and also contributes in magazines such as Shape or Oxygen. Dr. Fundaro is a former associate professor at Georgia Gwinnett College and holds a PhD in human nutrition, food and exercise. She also holds a bachelor's degree in exercise, sports and health education from Radford University. In her spare time she enjoys walking, reading books, powerlifting and also enjoys spending time with her dogs.
