WA Nurse’s deny the WA Industrial Relations Commission Order not to strike over a push for the McGowan Government to set much needed nurse to patient ratio’s.

In addition, WA Nurses are seeking fair pay.

What makes this protest action even more draconian, on Thursday 24th November 2022, Senior Commissioner Rachel Cosentino issued a direction that any charter bus company,
Taxi and Uber driver’s, in fact anyone that transported a Nurse to this prohibited protest, would, upon identification, face sanctions from the IRC.
