Delicious Rainbow Trout Tacos - The Best Fish Taco By Far

This delicious Rainbow Trout Taco recipe with avocado, mushrooms, onion, chillies and lemon is a winner. Inspired by Leif at @NW Fishing Secrets, we decided to make the tacos together for Michael's 13th birthday.

Michael and I have been so enjoyed watching the beautiful scenery and fun fishing adventures of Leif from @NW Fishing Secrets . Subscribe to his channel if you haven't already - his fishing adventures are amazing. We couldn't find Danish Sea Salt though :-)

Salmon and Rainbow Trout are expensive here in South Africa. Salmon is imported and Rainbow Trout is not easily accessible. We are planning to go do a fishing trip up North in the future - we'll have to give it a try.
