Harvesting Wild Raspberries in the Mountains and Making Syrup.
I went and picked wild raspberries in the Western Mountains to make syrup for the winter, I went up the course of a valley in the Western Mountains until I reached the raspberry bush usually raspberries grow where the forest is cut down just to find clumps next to you or streams, we picked raspberries from the side of the valley where they were bigger on the ridges the raspberries were a little smaller because of the drought, after picking a few good kilos of raspberries we went home and started to prepare the raspberry syrup, we make the syrup at cold without boiling it, after we have squeezed the raspberries well, we add the sugar and chew everything very well until the sugar is melted, then we put the syrup in the bottles, we staple it and put it in the bottles.
