Hi, everyone !
This is my 15 Minute Hip Opener Yoga flow, which is helpful for people that are sitting too much and want to stretch and relax.
Use this home exercise sequence as a way to increase your hip mobility at home. Try to complete the whole sequence at least 3 times per week for consistency, but feel free to perform any of the individual stretches as often as you like, especially to take a 5-minute break from long periods of sitting. In addition to this sequence, continue with your usual exercises and other daily activities unless they increase your pain.
This program is also suitable for yoga beginners!
