DiDi's Famous Fried Chicken Strips

There is probably one thing that your family loves for you to cook more than anything else. This is that one thing for my family. They have told me for years that I should open a cafe and serve my chicken strips. Well, now you can make them, too! The secret is using good tender chicken. Don't use tenderloins. They have that piece of tendon that runs through it and it is yucky! I also cut my strips pretty thin. The thinner they are, the more tender and more crust! Y'all go make you some!

This video is my recipe. It's so easy, just use good chicken soaked in salt water, some eggs, evaporated milk, self-rising flour, Shake Tasty Seasoning, and fry in some vegetable or peanut oil.
