About Simon Fowler (in his own words)
Over 20 years working for one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies I gained experience in sales, marketing, business consultancy and leadership.

I turned my world upside down by moving with my family to the other side of the world and starting my own business. When deciding what I wanted to do I reflected that I had always done my best work when I felt valued and understood. It became my purpose to make my clients colleagues feel the same way.

I use a tool, founded in self-awareness that I have over 20 years of practical experience with. I believe when we can truly connect as teams, leaders or with clients we all benefit. Since moving to New Zealand I have worked with clients all round the world from local government, tech, pharmaceutical, construction, retail, and food and beverage.
