In short I tried to mimic a perfect textbook squat and I injured my back. There isn't a one size fits all for squatting positions. Thats why i don't recommend forcing any position when squatting. The best tip I can give you is to test out what foot position feels most natural to you with your bodyweight before you introduce the barbell.
