Learn From My Trading Mistakes | Best & Worst Trading Sept 16-23, 2022

This video contains shares part of a live recorded trading session from Sept 16th, and a trade review after a sizeable losing trade on Sept 22. In the entire video I am trading US treasury futures contracts like ZF and ZN. I was having a bit of a rough week and I think that I let frustration and boredom influence my decisions.
