#641 // GOD OF THE IMPOSSIBLE - LIVE
God's ways are not like men's ways. Neither is God limited in knowledge nor comprehension as a man is. His Timing is perfect. His Majesty is altogether magnificent - overwhelming and irresistable. Only with God as our ally, our friend and our closest companion, can we stand against the wicked onslaughts of those with something to hide. How are we to learn God's Will and welcome His Omnipotence in our daily lives? How are we to stand against our most potent adversaries?
We begin with true, heartfelt and total repentence - admitting our errors, ceasing to commit those errors, while surrendering ourselves to His Mighty Plan. We must subordinate our every carnel desire and spiritual misdirection. And getting this right and total is hard. And not a destination - but, rather - a journey.
But it is worth every effort - because as we faulter (all of us faulter somewhere along the way), there is Jesus to lend His helping hand. And where this Holy Assistance is given, there is a lesson - written and revealed just to us - that cements our bonds of Fellowship and Friendship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. And our guidebook? God's Impossibly Perfect Word - exactly as it is written - and crafted by an Author who seeks not to misdirect or hide - but, rather to reveal - and his revelation - generous beyond measure, overfull - tamped down, pressed together - a fountain of Loving Kindness from a well that has no bottom! We need no intercessor - we need only Jesus Christ - and it doesn't matter how lost we've become on each of our many roads - because His Will Is Perfect.
