Three more people have been killed and 8 injured as Ukraine shelling of civilian only regions of Makeeva, Donetsk continued today. In the city of Donetsk dozens of strikes have been reported, four have been injured. A kindergarten was destroyed in the centre.

Ukraine reports power cuts across the country as Russia seeks to stop the passage of NATO supplied weaponry to the front lines.

Over 50 Members of the European Parliament reject a resolution to brand Russia a state-sponsor of terrorism over its strikes in Ukraine.
