How can I manage multiple businesses at the same time?

Good question.

There are a few things that can really help with this.

First, you need to have very good time management and delegation skills. I directly run several companies as a President or Managing Director. However, I also have other companies where I am a shareholder.

In those companies, I make sure I pick out a good President that has the skills needed to be successful with running one of my companies. I also try my best to help them by mentoring and helping to open doors with longtime business contacts by vouching for them.

With regards to your question a good strategy is to use “Chet Time” this is a system that was developed by Chet Holmes in his book the Ultimate Sales Machine he actually suggested a method of dividing time into the 6 most important things and then allocating a certain number of minutes.

While I don’t follow that exact system I do very much like the concept that he presented of so many minutes per company or project.

One other benefit is my mentees also get access to the Back Office. This system allows one to manage multiple companies. I don’t charge anything to new mentees to use this system.

This system I personally designed to make sure that mentees could with any company or project organize data and information quickly and efficiently while working with a clearly defined mission.

If you would like to learn more, I do offer mentoring to entrepreneurs that want to accomplish more with the Benjamin Z Miller system. Please contact my office.

I hope that helps and good luck with your investing!
