Kristin Smart Trial Week 1 & 2 - Lawyer Reviews No Body Case
Paul Flores and Ruben Flores are presently on trial in Monterey County, California, for crimes relating to the disappearance of Kristin Smart. Kristin Smart went missing in 1996, and has never been heard from since. This trial is 26 years in the making, and is a no body mostly circumstantial evidence case. Weeks 1 and 2 included opening arguments, Kristin Smart's parents Stan Smart and Denise Smart, brother Matt, sister Lindsay, and other Cal Poly students and friends of Kristin Smart. Lawyer The Mystery Maven Esq covers the trial, reviews the testimony and explains the strategy.
