Are mineral rights a good source of passive income?
Good question.
Yes, they can be a good source of passive income. However, if you are considering buying mineral rights you should focus on only purchasing those mineral rights that are already producing income.
Many new mineral rights investors make the mistake of buying rights that in the future will start to produce income and the years turn into decades with no income. Stick with producing mineral rights if you want passive income!
I hope that helps and good luck with your investing!
