Leo Roman (aka leoroman713 on Instagram) is one of the most sought after black & grey tattoo artists from Canada to Mexico. Currently, creating masterpieces out of Rosetown tattoo alongside Tavo, another skilled artist, in Santa Rosa, California.
Like all true artists, his skill was developed by walking the path of the righteous man. We all know that path is beset by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men.
