A mincemeat of beef with peppers that can be made quickly in a few minutes and kept for the whole week.

This recipe is very successful here at home, a delicious sandwich for every day of the week. A super easy recipe to make with steak with bell pepper.

We made it using the soft coxão but you can use the meat you prefer, it's a very easy recipe and you can change it as you want. I also recommend doing it with rump steak, filet, beef, striploin too.

I also recommend that this recipe be made in an iron pot.

Ingredients:
• 1 kg (2,2lbs) of meat topside (rump, sirloin or topside)
• 200g (7oz) of bacon
• 2 medium onions
• 1 large red pepper
• 1 large yellow pepper
• Salt
• 100 ml of soy sauce

Method:
Cut the meat into small cubes, also chop the bacon, cut the peppers and onions into medium pieces.

In a large pan or pan, fry the bacon until browned, add the meat, add salt to taste (be careful not to overdo it) and consider that the soy sauce contains salt.

Continue frying, adding water little by little and stirring so it doesn't burn.

When the meat is toasted, add the onions, peppers and soy sauce, cover the pan and continue cooking for another 15 minutes, being careful not to burn, always stirring.
