Garlic infused Olive Oil

Another way of infusing garlic into olive oil is with sous vide set up. I ended up adding some rosemary sprigs to further infuse the olive oil.
Ingredients:
I 3-lbs bag peeled garlic (I got mine from Costco)
Olive oil
sprigs of rosemary
