a desk for... Pavilion, designed by Robert Skitek, was constructed close to the Open Air Museum, a renowned public area, at the base of the Castle Hill. Andres Cseh and Szilard Koninger, two Hungarian architects from the CAN studio architects, served as the group's instructors. The unassuming hill between Olza and Mynówka that is on the slope of Castle Hill was chosen as the project's location. On one side, the banks of the Olza River and the Czech border can be seen, while on the other, the Castle Hill is covered with an ivy reserve. The architects chose a straightforward piece of furniture with just one straight line to avoid overpowering the Open Air Museum's forms: a table, the classic example of a piece of furniture.
