BAD MOVIE REVIEW : The Island of Doctor Moreau (1996) (starring Marlon Brando)

It has been a while since I've reviewed a big budget bad sci-fi movie. And here it is, The Island of Doctor Moreau, which has got to be the worst movie that Marlon Brando has ever starred in. It's so poorly written.
