Lemon Garlic Pasta | ONE POT MEAL

If you are lemon lover, you will really like this pasta dish. If you want more of a lemon flavor, you can add a splash of lemon juice into the sauce as well to really bring out that lemon flavor. Give it a try.  - Michele

8 ounces of fettuccine pasta
2 cups water
2 teaspoons of chicken bouillon granules
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/2 cup fresh spinach
1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
Zest from half a lemon 🍋

In a covered pan or pot add: pasta, salt, pepper, garlic, water and chicken bouillon. Bring to boil, reduce, cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes until pasta is al dente. After cooked add: lemon zest, heavy cream, spinach, and parmesan. Give it a mix and let the spinach wilt. Serve warm.
