The flank steak with beer in the pot is a recipe my husband usually makes for dinner on Saturdays.

This is a very easy pressure cooker recipe for you to make using flank steak and dark beer. You will prepare it in just a few minutes and wait for it to cook.

Ingredients:
• 1 kg of beef flank steak
• 1 medium onion
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• 350 ml of dark beer
• 200 ml of water
• Olive oil
• Coarse salt and pepper

Method:
Chop the garlic, cut the onion, cut the flank steak into large pieces.

In a pressure cooker, add the butter, put a little oil and heat, seal the pieces of meat, (one by one).

After sealing them all, put them all in the pan, add the onion, garlic, beer, water, salt and pepper, cover and cook.

When it starts to boil, leave it for an hour and you can remove it.
