Bonzo on MMA - Why have we been having so many Championship Rematches?

What I've noticed is a trend in the past 3 years wherein the UFC is focusing heavily on booking rematches for title fights in every division. Am I the only one that's sick of these title rematches or am I in a vocal minority?

Given just how insanely stacked ALL of these divisions are in this rundown I look at all current (men) UFC champions (and former) and their most recent title fights or how they won the title and how they've essentially been fighting the same talent over and over again.

We have notable examples such as;
Flyweight (Deiveson vs Moreno)
Welterweight (Leon vs Kamaru, not to mention Kamaru's rematches)
Featherweight (Max vs Vollk)
Heavyweight (DC vs Stipe)
Bantamweight (Sterling vs Yan)
Middleweight (Izzy v Robert, Vettori, and now Alex P)

The only divisions I've missed are and Lightweight and Light Heavyweight.
With the former (Lightweight) we've seen the same two names in title fights for the last 3 years despite showing no growth (Dustin/Justin) and with the latter we're getting to a point where the top 3 names of the division will begin fighting amongst each other (Jiri, Jan, Glover)
