You won't believe how delicious this easy dessert recipe is. This is an easy recipe to make with few ingredients.

It's an easy recipe on how to make hominy and relatively quick, there are just a few steps to make, you'll just need to wait for it to cook.

Hominy is a traditional dish in Brazil. It is a type of corn present in any market. If you are outside Brazil, you will definitely find it in Brazilian markets.

Here at home everyone likes to eat hominy with lots of condensed milk, so when serving we put more condensed milk on top.

Ingredients:
• 250g of hominy (type of corn)
• 200ml of coconut milk
• 50g grated coconut
• 1 cup powdered milk
• 200g Table cream
• 395g Condensed milk

Method:
Soak the canjica packet in lukewarm water (covering the hominy or more) for 2 hours or leave overnight.

After that change the water (double the amount of hominy water) and put it to boil in the pressure cooker for 15 to 20min.

Check the doneness, if it is still hard, add more water, close the pan and let it cook for a few more minutes.

When the hominy is cooked add all the other ingredients and let it boil for approximately 5 minutes without pressure.

You can serve hot or cold.

* If you prefer, you can leave the condensed milk to put on top of the portions when serving. It looks wonderful!
