Material:
Unsalted Butter Unsalted Butter 120g
Dark chocolate (50%-70%) Dark chocolate 120g
Cake Flour 70g
Cocoa powder 25g
Walnut 40g
Sugar 50g
Salt 2g
Eggs 2pcs
step:
1. Melt the butter and chocolate separately in a bowl over water
2. Add sugar, salt and eggs to butter
3. Sift together the flour and cocoa powder
4. Put the walnuts into a fresh-keeping bag and crush them with a rolling pin
5. Pour the butter mixture, roux and walnuts into the chocolate paste
6. Pour the brownie batter into the mold and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes
