Cake Milk 40 ml, Corn Oil 30 ml, Cake Flour 55 g, and 3 eggs.
Salt: 0.1g Lemon Juice: 3 Egg White 45g Sugar 1g
Cake Flour 6g Milk 170ml Butter Butter 10g Whipping Cream 70ml Custard Egg Yolk 2 Sugar 25g Corn Starch 6g

Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine the milk, corn oil, and egg yolk; whisk until emulsified. Sift in the flour.
2. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form after adding salt and lemon juice.
3. After combining, pour the mixture to the squeeze bag, then fill the paper mold with about 6-7% of it.
50 minutes at 130 degrees, followed by 15 minutes at 150 degrees, in the oven
4. After thoroughly combining the flour, cornstarch, sugar, and egg yolk in the saucepan, add the milk.
Pour into a dish and chill for one hour 
6. Cook on low heat until thick. Add butter and stir. Whip the light cream, combine it with the custard sauce one at a time, and then squeeze it into the cake when it has chilled.
