How to Make the Best Peanut Butter Cookie Using Natural Peanut Butter!

In this video I will show you how to make the best peanut butter cookies using only natural peanut butter. Rina and I baked this peanut butter cookie three different ways using: natural peanut butter, creamy peanut butter and chunky peanut butter. All three varieties were good but one stood out as the one you want to make and to eat! Natural peanut butter cookies made with natural peanut butter is by far the best peanut butter cookie when compared to peanut butter cookies made with creamy peanut butter or chunky peanut butter!

Here is how you make them:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 large eggs
1 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tap salt

Combine the sugar and butter together using a hand mixer. Add the peanut butter and combine until smooth. Add the egg and mix.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add this mixture to the peanut butter mixture in small batches combining with a spatula. Put the dough in to the refrigerator of 1 hour.

After an hour roll the dough into about 1 inch balls and place onto a parchment lined baking sheet about 3 inches apart. Using a clean fork press down on each dough ball making a criss cross pattern.

Bake these cookies at 375 °F for about 10 minutes. Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Then move the cookies to a cooling rack. Enjoy!
