Are junk bonds a good source of passive income?
Good question.
Junk bonds offer far higher returns than municipal or government bonds; they also offer a higher risk of loss of capital. If the company goes bankrupt you might lose money.
With some training you can profit handsomely by buying junk bonds but they really do take some experience to make sure the return they offer is not too low for the risk of bankruptcy.
If you would like to learn more about bond investing or how to buy other types of passive income, I offer a completely free investor training course.
