18+. If you're a fan of Family Guy then you definitely know who Herbert the Pervert is. This guy doesn't have Jessie the dog but, he's got everything else (the walker and all). I had to ACT like someone he'd be able groom and open up to and get comfortable with so this guy could show his true nature. He is the Long Island Creep.
(Mostly in the beginning)I had to make parts of the video blurry because businesses had numbers and stuff on them but, otherwise you can see him and all. He’s on the move so be aware, slowly but surely. Coming towards a little boy near you! Enjoy.
