📌 Police acted reasonably in transporting suspect brief distance to scene of reported burglary in patrol car as part of Terry stop, where it was reasonable to believe that victim might be able to identify perpetrator, and, although officers could have walked suspect to scene, doing so would have required use of more officers, and might have required leaving patrol car unattended in high-crime area.
