This is a very easy recipe to make, you'll just have to wait for it to bake. It is an excellent idea for dinner but also for a snack.

Feel free to make changes to the filling. You can take out what you don't like and add other things you like.

Here at home everyone loves it when I make it. It's a great dinner recipe idea when I'm too lazy to cook.

Ingredients:

Dough

• 4 eggs
• 2 cups of milk
• 1 cup oil or olive oil
• 2 cups of wheat flour
• 1 tablespoon of cake yeast
• salt to taste

Stuffing

• Chopped palm heart (as many as you want)
• 3 tomatoes (no seeds), chopped
• 2 cup diced ham
• 2 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 cup onion (cubed)
• Parsley and chive
• salt and black pepper

Method:

Dough

First chop all the ingredients and put them in a bowl.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix well.

Reserve.

Spread over the reserved dough, put the Parmesan cheese on top and bake at 180ºC.

Stuffing

Shake in the liquefier all the ingredients.

In a baking dish (medium) greased with oil and flour.

Put half of the dough, now the stuffing and cover with the rest of the dough.

Bake in oven at 180ºC for approximately 30 - 40 minutes.
