Russian rocket attack 'targets' British humanitarian aid group in Ukraine

A Russian rocket attack barely missed a British humanitarian aid group who were desperately racing to flee a hot zone in Ukraine.

During their journey, the group were foiled by a temporary bridge giving way and a flat tyre and were left stranded outside of Kherson city as critical evacuation time slipped by.
