Dance with Life-Force: 1

I am switching my body on, to feel from the inside. This starts the flow of life-force through me, visible in waves that ripple through my body. The sensation is that of pleasure, moving through me like a ball of golden light. The breath automatically gets expelled with the force of the energy flow.
