This delectable icebox cake goes by different names. Traditionally called crema de fruta (fruit cream) and usually served during the holidays, this Filipino favorite is made with layers of crackers (or sponge cake), sweetened whipped cream (or custard) and fresh (or preserved) fruit tidbits. It uses very basic ingredients and unbelievably easy to prepare! You must try it yourself!

EASY FRUIT COCKTAIL FLOAT

Ingredients:
500 ml all-purpose cream (or whipping cream)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can fruit cocktail
16 – 18 pcs graham cracker or any sweet crackers
