Seriously, once you learn this chocolate easy brownie recipe you won't stop making it.

I'm sharing a quick and easy way how to make brownies that I usually make on the weekends.

I really like to make it with Nescau, but you can use any other chocolate powder you prefer.

EXTRA TIP: Here at home everyone loves to eat this brownie along with a scoop of cream ice cream. I recommend you try it :)

Ingredients:
• 1 cup sugar (refined or crystal or demerara)
• 2 cups of wheat flour (no yeast)
• 3 cups of nescau (or chocolate powder if you prefer)
• 200g butter or margarine (melted and still warm) or 1 cup (tea)
• 4 large eggs

Method:

To grease the pan, use butter or oil, 1 tablespoon of Nescau (powdered chocolate) and 1 tablespoon of wheat flour.

In a bowl place the sugar, wheat flour and Nescau and mix well.

Now put the melted butter (it can't be hot) and the eggs and mix well.

Start by drilling the yolks and continue mixing without beating, calmly.

You can't beat it, so it's important to use a spatula or spoon.

Once everything is incorporated, just put it on the baking sheet. Bake in an oven at 180 degrees. For about 15 to 25 minutes, depending on your oven.

You need to do the toothpick test, but don't forget that, because it's not a cake but brownie , the toothpick can't come out dry or too wet.
So while it's in the oven, after about 15 minutes, insert the toothpick to see the correct time.

Remembering that there is no yeast, so if you choose a larger roast it will be a thin dough and if it is a smaller roast it will be higher.
