Why You Shouldn’t Eat More Than 6 French Fries a Serving

Americans eat more French fries than any other country in the world and now a Harvard professor is saying you should not eat more than six fries at a time. Professor Eric Rimm at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health told The New York Times, “I think it would be nice if your meal came with a side salad and six French fries.” Potatoes, especially those cooked in oil, have been linked to obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. #InsideEdition
