Please enjoy this video about creating massive action, stop procrastination, using pain and trauma as motivation. I created this video to share with you how our past doesn't have to define us in a negative way. In fact, our pain and trauma can be a motivating force to move us forward in life - to create momentum and motivation to build something powerful.

Years ago, I suffered a series of traumatic events and for a while I was buried under my trauma. I felt like I was the victim. When I felt like I was the victim of my trauma there was a large distance between myself and others. I found it difficult to relate to people while I was carrying so much pain.

Eventually, I learned to us my past pain and trauma to get motivated - to move forward in life. Eventually, the past pain and trauma become a catalyst for my growth and acceleration in life.
