The eyes are a gate to your very soul

The Bible has some powerful words about eyes:

Matthew 6:22
“The eye is the lamp of the body; so then if your eye is clear, your whole body will be full of light.

Proverbs 4:25
Let your eyes look directly ahead
And let your gaze be fixed straight in front of you.

Psalm 119:18

Open my eyes, that I may behold
Wonderful things from Your law.

1 John 2:16
For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life, is not from the Father, but is from the world.

2 Corinthians 4:18
while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.

Lets be always aware of the things that we look at! They have power over us! And, yes, they will have access to our very soul!
