Louisiana cops apologize to woman after being ticketed for wearing crop top

Louisiana police officials dropped charges against a woman who was cited for indecent exposure while wearing shorts and a crop top.

Casey LaCaze-Lachney also received an apology from the Winnfield police chief Tuesday for the faulty accusation, according to the Shreveport Times.
