Cook with me and see how to do a fast hamburger at home without further ado I'll show you the way I usually make hamburgers here at home.

I made it using ground rump meat, you can use other meats. It is also possible to create the blender with different types of meat.

I hope that you enjoyed. It's a quick, simple and easy way to make a delicious smash burger

Ingredients:

• 1200g ground beef (rump)
• 1 onion
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 200g of bacon
• Parsley
• Chive
• 1 tablespoon salt
• Black pepper to taste

Method:

Finely chop the bacon, season the meat with salt and pepper to taste.

Fry the bacon in a pan without using oil, you don't need to fry a lot, considering that the hamburgers will be fried or baked, let it cool a little.

Place the onion, garlic, parsley and green chives in the blender, (put a little water to aid in the process), beat well until it forms a paste.

Add this paste to the meat. add the bacon along with the fat that came out in the frying process and mix well.

Shape the burgers with your hands, or use a container that is the proper size. Fry or bake to desired doneness.
