We have already discussed sex assault charges on Colby Ryan by his estranged ex-wife. According to his wife, Colby Ryan forced her or made a physical relationship. She recorded the video where Colby was crying and agreeing that he did the sexual assault on the victim. Later Mesa police arrested him, and several charges were filed against him. But later, prosecutors dropped the charges against Colby Ryan. Valid reasons aren't revealed yet, but it is guessed that his ex-wife has dropped the charges. Dropping charges without any valid reason means an investigation is still going on. Even though the charges are dropped against Colby, He has been ordered to follow several conditions like not to meet the victim and all. This case moves deeply and reveals many points.
