Mental health is a big topic in our world right now. While there are medicinal ways to deal with some of the struggles we are facing, the simple act of moving our body can make a drastic difference in our mental and emotional state.

James breaks down how neurotransmitters work and how we can increase the positive vibes we get from them. He also shares that it doesn't have to be extreme amounts of exercise but more the intentional act of moving our body that can illicit a flood of neurotransmitters.

We also discuss a few other ways that research shows we increase different neurotransmitters and how to implement these in as little as 30 secs to 2 mins at a time.
