I might have paid too much for this 400,000-mile, wrecked Honda Civic

This is not the type of car I usually buy. Not because it is a Honda, I buy lots of them. In fact, there is a Scott's Honda emporium in existence. This one is different because the miles are much higher than the cars I usually buy, and the condition is much worse. I did buy it for a reason, and I'll share that with you in the video.
