💥 YOU’RE TRAINING YOUR ABS WRONG! 💥🤯
Muscles either grow or they don’t. You can’t tone a muscle or spot reduce. What you can do is overload your muscles and abdominals are no different than any other muscle.
If you want to strengthen your core, pick something heavy up and lift it over your head. There are other options as well like planks, but doing the basic core lifts like deadlifts, squats and overhead press, you are doing more for your abs than any repetitious and silly ab movement.
And if you’re worried about getting a big gut, don’t. The big guts you see on bodybuilders are caused by things that most of you I’ve never even heard of and if you seen somebody in the general population with a big gut with very little subcutaneous fat, that is visceral adipose tissue.
Training hard and heavy and overloading your core will do nothing but make you a better person and give you awesome abs.
